I Finally Did It!

I was a VM custom for about ten months I tried really hard not to hate them or the Intercept. But I just could not help but hate every day of my life with the intercept how dare they put out such a POS. So I switched to a MY Touch 4g. Although I

I have less problems with VM than I did with AT&T. I like my Optimus V more than my iPhone 3G. I have no experience directly with Tmobile, just 2nd hand bitching from a handful of friends who stay with them only because they have for years.

I looked at the intercept for about 3 seconds. I never read a positive review for it, not from users or tech experts. I've read very few negative reviews about the Optimus V, the only one I can really remember was by an iPhone guy.

Good luck with t-mobile.

T-mobile at least in my house is garbage, also you had virtually the worst android phones on the planet,so i can see your frustration, maybe if you would have tried the lg optimus v which was a far superior phone to the intercept, you would have had a better experience.

This is kinda irrelevant to the OP now, but I had the intercept for about a week and hated it too...the slide part seemed loosely attached and the touch would register that I was touching it somewhere way off of where I actually was.. But I returned it for the optimus and have been happy with it since february

Shoulda bought the OpV. This phone screams in comparison to the Intercept.

/hugs her OpV with a death grip...

Hooray for the death grip!! I don't exactly do that >.> Lol but it pretty much never leaves my sight. its like another 18 month old son lol

I guess everyone has their opinions. I have the Intercept and haven't had any problems with it. You do know that everything man made is not meant to be perfect...but anyways to each its own.

Not true Airplanes have to made perfect,i am glad you find this overpriced brick a great phone, but for the money the V is so much better that is why we recommended the V, most people defend the intercept and the blackberry because of the physical keyboards, which is really the only things good about either, the truth and more the half of vm customers will agree with me, they are junk,at least he Blackberry is now 100,unlike the intercept which should be 50 not 200.

the reviews on the VM site speak wonders.

Optimus V-- 4.2-4.4 out of 5

Intercept--- 3.1-3.2 out of 5

I have the Intercept and haven't had any problems with it.

I didn't have any problems with it when I had it either. It's a nice beginner entry phone if you don't go nuts with it. However, when I handed it down to my daughter (teens text a bazillion times a day, watch youtube, facebook and everything else under the sun) is when the phone began having serious issues.

With light usage, the Intercept is a nice phone. But with heavy usage, forget it. The phone simply cannot keep up.

ive had every major US carrier at least once at some time throughout my cellular life, and i really dont hate the big four by any means. aside from their exorbatant pricing structures.

i had an intercept for the majority of this year and had very few complaints about the device.recently dropped it, cracked the hell outta the screen, and got me and OpV and its a way better phone.

but i dont know why OP would post to tell us "stfu MVNO carriers/subscribers". some of us dont wanna be stuck with a carrier for two damn years ya know?
