Help I got a new Nexus 5 and I still don't have Lollipop

I got a replacement Nexus 5 because my old one got a crack on it and it is still on Kitkat...I had Lollipop on my old phone prior to getting this new one two weeks ago. Should I flash to 5? Is there anything I can do beyond that? Would a factory reset do anything for me? I'm not skilled at this type of thing whatsoever. I JUST WANT THE OTA UPDATE AND EVERYTHING TO BE NICE AND FINE.

Give it a few days. It may take a little while to roll around to you. When it does, you will get updated to Lollipop 5.0, then 5.0.1.
