Last night I called Verizon Billing and Accounts Support to cancel an online order and at the end of the phone call he asked me what the over all first impressions that I had with my somewhat new Verizon Phone Service, so I told him about the bad advice that I got from Verizon Technical Support regarding my privous phone call 2 them regarding my cell phone battery issues, so he helped me set up a warrenty request 4 a new cell phone battery and said 2 call back if the new cell phone battery does not fix my problem and then they will warrenty the cell phone itself!
