Help i had root and now i don't???

ok so i had root on my phone i updated to JFv1.41 and i still had root but i then changed my theme. i used this theme http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=474557 and after i did not have root any more i go into terminal emulator and put in su and this is what it says

$ su
Error type 3
Error: Activity class {com.koushikdutta.superuser/com.koushikdutta.superuser.SuperuserRequestAct
ivity} does not exist.
su: permission denied

if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it

If you have installed a theme (like macDroid) after updating to JFv1.41 then the theme you have applied is not completely compatible with 1.41. The suggested fix is to re-install the superuser apk.

You are welcome, let us know if you fix this. I dont run root on my G1, but others might so having a confirmed fix posted here will help others.
