Help I had to unlock phone to answer calls

Dear All,

I dont understand the settings i made., but since then whenever i need to receive a call, i had to unlock the screen and answer. its becoming so diffficult to me. I dont understand where i could change the settings. Mine android 5.0.1 version nexus 4 mobile. Can you guys please help me to solve this issue ?

hey, maybe you can check these options of your phone settings.
1.Settings→Security →Check whether you have enabled the first option named as "encrypt device" (my phone is Sumsung,maybe it is different on your phone)
2. Did you installed some app named like" applock" "CM security"? If you have installed such apps, you can enter the applock, and unlock "phone" and "contacts".
