I have a nexus 7. Whenever I go to YouTube it says unsupported video format and it also says there was a problem with the network when my WiFi is working fine.

Some YouTube videos are Flash-only. Of course, the 7's Jelly Bean OS does not support Flash. However, it can be made to word (I've done it).
1. Download Dolphin Browser Mini
2. Go into Toolbox settings in Dolphin and set User Agent for "Desktop"
3. Using Dolphin, go to the Adobe website and download/install the latest Flash
4. Make any other desired configuration changes to Dolphin and/or Flash
5. DONE

Enjoy!
