first i was happy about my phone then 3days later after i charged my smartphone then suddenly it Froze then i noticed that the battery icon went to (?) then i pulled the battery and put it back and pressed the power then i saw the ACER logo but my phone wont start and a battery logo with a (!) on the leftbuttomside keep appearing, please help me to fix this problem i love my phone
