Help I have a problem....

I have a Samsung Replenish, and with a problem, whenever I turn on the WiFi, it turns back off, what the heck? I'm not sure if it's a virus or if someone somehow someway shape or form has hacked into my phone! And also, I noticed that there was an app that was called "Cool Apps" and I clicked on it and it took me to a website, that's probably where the virus was located. So, please help me!

You may want to do a factory reset... but first, possibly back up your data files (not apps) if you don't already have copies elsewhere. I would also clear everything off of the SD card... format it from Windows or something.
