I have a question regarding speakerphone

Ok, Hi everyone. I'm new to this site and I would like to know is there any way of putting on the speakerphone on when you get a call like I mean, when you have a call you don't have to press the speakerphone button on but to just like it activate it on the cell. You know what I mean? Can you do that on the G1 cause I did it on another cell phone before where I automatically activate speakerphone to receive calls when I was too busy using my hands.

I believe there's an app called carmode or something like that that would automatically transfer your calls to speaker-phone. Look for it.
