i am wondering when i call my international friend and i get a message that says the verda phone is currently switched off if you are a verda phone customer you can leave a voice message by dialing * then the mobile number for only 75 cents a minute i am wondering what the whole switched off thing means on a mobile phone and what a verda phone is? i am not a customer of verda phone its been switched off 3 or 2 days from September 23rd to now i am calling from a card i am sure that does not make a difference though can someone explain is this verda phone and switched off message to mean? i am totally confused by all this thank you for anyone who can help me out by answering these questions for me
