spotted in Belgium

they loon a bit like Samsung Chat

and idea what versions they are?

and track pad functions like it did on blackberry? can select text with it.. etc?

I had a similar Android phone like that in 2011 when I signed on to Virgin Mobile USA. It lasted me barely a month and I wanted to break it after suffering through its overall slowness. The online store I bought it from (not VM) refused to answer my claim for a refund. I ended up selling it for a measly $17 at some cell phone reseller.

The phone? A Samsung Intercept.
