I have something very odd here ...

I am looking at a Tablet, a Samsung SM-T520, for a lady. It has no problems EXCEPT when accessing the Debenhams.com web site. It seems to be OK in Chrome, but she insists on using the "Internet" App as her Browser (I assume this is built-in to the Samsung software as I can't find it under Applications unless I look in "Running").

I cleared, or I thought I did, all her settings and cookies and gave it back, but she called me and said it's doing it again. Basically, she can add items to the Shopping Basket, but not delete them, and when she clicks on the Checkout button it takes her to a blank error screen that says

"Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Cookie

IBM_HTTP_Server at gb02qws102debx.warwick.mebs.ihost.com Port 80"

Can anybody shed any light on this ? How do I delete this cookie if it is corrupted ? Where is it stored ? Does this error mean anything to anybody ? Is it likely to be a Debenhams problem (we have contacted them and they say they have no reports of anything like this from anybody else) or a Samsung problem ?

I want to just say use Chrome instead, but that doesn't actually solve the problem !!!
