OH MY GOD
OH MY WORD.
I just wanted to say when I was 19 (I am in my mid 20's today!) I thought of 1 hell of an invention which I wasn't 500% sure it would really work at all!
BUT!
Today my old man wanted to show me an article he was reading and told me "congratulations Pal your hydraulic steering invention is actually a serious success! not a failure at all well done!".
I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT I WAS READING ON THE ARTICLE.
Oh my god it works!
I called it "Hydraulic Steering Technique" for motor cars or what I thought people would understand a bit better was "Artificial / Fake Banking technique".
I then became "Sir Clown Stinky" and sometimes called it "The Soopa Fly Technique".
xD
It seriously seriously helps with steering in motor cars or many other vehicles like Tanks and maybe others too?
I just can't it believe it actually works!!
Here is the link I am so happy!
Daily Maverick - McLaren MP4-12C Spider: Is this supercar perfection?
THIS is the part that is really important to me:
You see they used it slightly differently than my idea how I did it.
They used wish bones and dampers which now that I think about it is a lot smarter?
Yes it is actually.
But how my invention / concept actually started out was with a coffee cup!

Yes!
I was watching cops and robbers on TV and saw them shooting at each other some crap BUT more importantly I saw the car dip!
I was moving the water / coffee around in the coffee cup and watching this madness on TV but when I saw the car dip I then had this strange connection with the moving water and the car and then I made the water steering!
Can you believe it!?
It never started out with hydraulics!
It started out with hollow pipes under the car I guess half filled with water and with high pressure you force the water from one side to the other to get serious weight on the desired side of the vehicle.
But I thought that this was a bit of a hectic compromise / sacrifice because it would put serious weight on the car permanently slowing it down so I eventually thought of using much much much lighter hydraulics to do the same job as the water pipes!
But what I also thought that was seriously interesting thought I used to have was that I used to think I was a serious idiot and could do NOTHING with my life and was the dumbest person alive.
I was wrong!
Very very very very wrong!
Without any engineering knowledge or experience what so ever I made this invention and it actually seriously looks like I was the first too to boot!
I think I was the first I am proud of myself.
SO
I just wanted to say that if you felt or feel the same way right now I that you are "stupid" or "dumb" then I WILL tell you that you are WRONG.
You are no dumb ass AT ALL.
Believe me when I say that hey!
You ain't stupid at all!
You never know how things turn out hey!
I am so happy it works!!

Yaaay!

Okay. The carbon fibre tub is fitted with front and rear aluminium subframes, each of which provides a home to a dual wishbone suspension with active dampers. Called ProActive, the dampers are interconnected, with a central air reservoir, and use sensors to determine the attitude of the car, allowing them counter lean and roll. The dampers can also be adjusted to suit road conditions and driving style.
You see they used it slightly differently than my idea how I did it.
