If it has been turned off.. . there's always the possibility that someone may have turned it on again..

OMG! I've never lost a phone. Well there was this one time when i left my chicklet phone on a bus and the bastard that found it called me and laughed when i offered a reward to give it back. It wasn't a smartphone. The big feature was it played Snake but I used it for a Modem with my Pocket PC.
Never did get it back.
