I just thoughtd id share this. I bought my prime from amazon about 7 months ago. Recently my backspace in the Dock has become a little wobbly. I called amazon and without much discussion they told me they would send a new one (prime and Dock that is) and I should send back the old one. Within two days I've received brand new prime, put in jelly bean and have had the old one picked up from my house for no cost. So not only have they sorted out the backspace issue but they have also relieved me if a couple of nicks and scratches on the back of the tablet.
