Help I mistakely deleted my gallary

Please i mistakenly deleted my media storage and gallery with Es file explorer, i tried installing it back but its telling me installation unsuccessful. And if i try downloading anything from playstore its showing me, could not be download due to erorr 491. I need help please thanks

Error 491 can generally be solved by deleting your google account and setting it up again
