Help I moved to USA, how to change region on my LG G3 ?

Hi! I want to know how to change the region of my phone. I moved to USA recently but I bought my phone in another country. Now I have an American number. Do you know how to configure my phone so it could detect my new region? Because for now, I can't upload American apps...

PS : I already changed the region in the settings but it doesn't works.
