I am try to update my galaxy s5 to marshmallow.There update once stops when it comes 76% and automatically restarts.What can i do and any suggested links or videos??

You do not mention which of the 42 models of Galaxy S5 you have or whether it is stock or custom Marshmallow.

See the last paragraph of post #1 of Galaxy S5 receives Marshmallow Android 6.0.1 update! if you are trying to install the stock Samsung firmware on the G900F model.
