Help I need a call/message blocker that works

First off, I am SO sorry for plopping this where it doesnt belong, but I have to use the chrome browser, cant get tapatalk because my phone is prepaid (attempts at downloading apps without wifi generally result in a 919), I cant find my phone model, I cant get the search feature to work, and it has in general been an enormous and exhausting effort to even post here.
I have an Lgl34c (rooted) and I cannot find any call and message blockers that work. I have installed two and they have no effect at all. Please, if anyone has this phone and has found an app that works, share it with me.

Since your phone is rooted, try Xposed Call Blocker. It will definitely work.
