I need help my htc hd lose the software

i have android 2.3.3 htc sense 2.1 software no:2.37.832.6 made in china i check for update i found android 2.3.5 with htc sense 3.0 software no:3.13.832.4 i downloaded but when i press install it powered of in try to install and then stack and give the sign of !
i try it more than three times .
than i want to the boot loader i chose image crc
than the factory rest my htc start boot and than stop with out entring
really i don't now what can i do now
i need help

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with updating your phone... I am sure that we will be able to try and help you out.
