Help I need help quick

[THERE IS 0 B OF RAM]

So, my phone stopped working. At first, apps kept crashing immediatly on launch. Now the keyboard doesn't wanna pop up. So then i looked through and realized that my RAM is full. There is 0.00 b left. My phone started slowing down, even my home screen takes 1 minute to load.
Any help what could i do?

Reboot the phone.

What phone and what is telling you that these is exactly zero RAM free? Android should run with most of the RAM used - that is by design (though sadly provides an opening for scam apps called task killers or ram cleaners to be pushed to people who don't understand this). However it should not actually reach zero. But I'd like to know what is telling it is zero, because this is an area where not all utilities are equally trustworthy.
