I NEED HELP/ SOLUTION ON MY DISCO10 TAB

Please friends i need your helps
Each time i power on my disco10 tab and save files and settings on it and turn it off all my files i saved will disapear and it does not have privacy and factory reset option on the settings, and i have tried the manual factory reseting and it's not working

Hello . I see you having trouble with a disco10 tablet . there are many ways to perform these fixes and one with your model this is for the 2.3-3.0:


*Hold the Power, Menu, and Home keys until Reset instructions start on screen
 
Also you can reset just from applying the factory software wiping the whole tablet

Factory wipe

bro thanks but i have triied all that and am stil having that same problem... dont u think it's the firmware ? please were can i download the latest firmware ? please send me a link of it
