I just got the RCA 10" viking pro tablet. It works really good.

Now I need to un-sync and remove my Gmail account from the ZTE table so who ever buys it can input their Gmail account sow the new person won't ending up bricking the table. Could someone please show were the instructions are.

should be settings - account - google. look for the small cog wheel in the upper right - remove account. then back up and reset which might be under advanced settings if not general settings. erase and reset.

Thanks n0tall0wed. All done.

since you are going to sale it why don't you make a full factory reset that will remover everything from the tablet (incliding google accounts)
- setting > backup&reset > Factory data reset

No no. You must remove the Google (and other) accounts first, or it could enable FRP (Factory Reset Protection) this will require the next user to log in with the last used Google credentials. Removing the Google account BEFORE resetting prevents this from happening.

I ended up bricked 2 used older RCA 7" tablets (call it a learning experience, I got them free). I can't get into the two 7" tablets other then into recovery mode (power +up volume) and did a factory reset there. Everything resetted except for the Google account that was synced to the tablet. Before the hard reset was done the 1st time on both tablets. The Google account wasn't unsynced and removed 1st whitch kicked in the FRP. So I am stuck with two 7" paper waight's. You are wrong Lakram. The factory reset will NOT remove the Google accounts. The Google accounts have to be removed 1ST manually before the factory reset can be done. I had to learn that lesson the hard way.
