I was given 2 used 7" RCA model RCT6873W42 Android tablets, OS v6.0. The batterys on both tablets are charged up and the tablets turn on. The last owner didn't do the "factory reset" in the right order. He did the factory reset in recovery mode without 1st removing his Gmail account that the tablets are synced to. And I keep running into a roadblock on both tablets when I get to the point in the set up were it asks for the Google email address and password that they were synced to. See the 1st screen capture upload. I did the "wipe data/factory reset" 2 times in recovery mode. No change. I don't know how to bypass the "Factory Reset Protection" and I can't get the last owners email address and password in order to open up the tablets. I have tried many ways to get around the "Factory Reset Protection" with no luck. I did find that I have a back door into the tablet's via the USB cable when the cable is attached to my Windows 7 laptop. See the 2nd screen capture upload. Via the back door I can upload/download app's to the tablets and read text files that are on the tablets via the back door. But I can't run any app's. I don't know if this tablet's are rooted or not. I know how to root and flash tablet's and phones. But not when the FRP is enabled. This is my 1st time running into FRP. Now the Windows OS I know inside and out. I had a MS-DOS pc computer then I started with Win 3.1 and keep upgrading to Win 7 that I have now. I would like disable the FRP on this tablets for the learning experience, I learn by hands on.
