I need help with my Google Gift card

Hello everyone
Whenever i try to redeem my Google Play giftcard it shows me an error called bm-rgch06
Can you help please?
I have searched everywhere and i still dont know what to do.

That error seems to come when the account is listed as belonging to someone who is not in the same country where the card was purchased.

It might mean your Google account country and the Play Store voucher country don't match, or your billing address isn't recognized and/or is incomplete.

So to confirm, the Play Store voucher is in Euros, and your billing address registered with Google is definitely Greece?

I seem to remember something before with Play Store vouchers and Google not recognising the European Single Market and the Eurozone.

Let me guess, you had an incorrect billing address and/or country registered on the Play Store ?

No i just clared the Google Play data and worked after that
