Hello Lunatic59. Thank you for replying back so fast but I actually browsed my settings better & figured out the issue & fixed myself. If its ok I'd like to post what I fixed, what model android it was& the issue incase anyone has this issue. If this isnt allowed feel free to delete this thread. Thank you again Lunatic.
So the issue I've had was unable to access the internet on my android.
Android Model - SGH - T499 Samsung
Carrier - T-Mobile
So i deleted or cleared my Dialer Storage in which my APN was erased along with that storage. I was unable to access the internet or even click on & edit my APN because in the APN names folder in settings, there were none listed anymore. Searching the internet I found out more information & learned a little about what APN's do etc & going back to browsing my phone I entered the APN names folder again & clicked the screen in which 2 options came up. 1 was to create a new APN & the other was to restore default APN I had previously. I hit the restore default option & had my APN restored.
After that i went to the previous folder & had to turn on Use Packet Data & Data Roaming for my 3g bar to show back up & to turn it on. This helped & everything works fine. Just thought I would post this here if anyone else has this issue & is not network & internet smart. These are easy to understand instructions.
