Help I need help with the front facing camera

I just opened the front facing camera in my Galaxy J7 and it turns out to be green. It is not a completely green screen, it just looks like a green filter. The back camera is fine, but this one is not. I already restarted it and the same. I also removed the battery for 5 minutes and the camera is still green. I don't think this is a Camera App problem because Snapchat and other camera apps are also greenish. Please help me! Thanks

Have you called Boost or Samsung about this? Also could there be a filter that needs to be turned off? I have head of this before on this phone however.

I double checked, there there are no filters to turn off, and thanks I will try to contact Samsung.

Is there a thin plastic film protecting the front facing camera during shipping that you may have overlooked removing? I recently bought a (different) phone for a family member and found plastic protecting the cameras and bits of the trim that were overlooked at first. If never hurts to double-check!
