Help I need help

Hi,

My phone's storage is full and I didn't knew at that time it would be critical. I then turned my phone off and then after a while, I turned it back on, but I can't sign back into it. Can someone please help? The keyboard isn't there, when I'm trying to sign in.

My first suggestion would be to try and boot into recovery (if you have one) and clear the system cache.

Where do I clear the phone's cache? I'm on the recovery and I'm not finding one.

Kinda hard to say without knowing what phone it is or what version of Android it's running, but generally speaking you should "wipe cache partition" right on the recovery screen, or you might see an advanced option. DO NOT WIPE DATA/factory reset. That will erase all your apps and personal data from the device.

recovery mode can be accessed by holding down some buttons when you start the device. Google can tell you which buttons but if you don't know the model maybe try some buttons then other buttons
