Pull down the notifications and you can find it there.
Normally that isn't an option because the people asking this have been sent a screenshot, but as you posted a photo of the phone I assume you have/had access to the phone. In which case you can/could use this method to find out.
There are so many apps that use hearts as icons that it's hard to say which one that is.
