Hey. I lost my phone the other day on my birthday, so i got a new one. But after i set it up it wont let me text anyone and it keeps giving me the 2120 message. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Have you been in contact with your cellular service carrier? You need to notify them that your previous phone was lost so they can a) put that phone's IMEI on a centralized block list so it no longer has any future cellular service, and b) cancel your account on that phone (essentially deactivating your account service on the SIM card in that phone).

I presume you're with Sprint. As that was the only thing meaningful that came up when Googling "2120 message"
