Dear Friends

When i want to connect Samsung Kies , I received Message :Your Device not supported by Samsung Kies 2.0 and i can not do any thing with Samsung Kies Could you please help me for this issue?

Model:GT-I9300
Ap: I9300XXEMA2
CP:I9300XXLLA
CSC: Unknown:confused::confused:

Thanks for your reply, yes i changed my firewall from 4.0 to 4.1 manualy but before that i have same problem also.
 
I think the only way you'll get kies to recognise your phone will be to flash some stock firmware which has the same csc as your original firmware. What are you trying to use kies for? Honestly it's not a great piece of software so you might be better off using an alternative instead.

I'll move this over to the main gs3 forum. More people should see it there so maybe you'll get some more suggestions:)

Kies can be a very fussy piece of software and if it can't read the CSC then it won't recognise the phone at all.

As was previously suggested, you will need to re-flash the stock firmware intended for your particular model before Kies will recognise your phone.
 
I'd give up on Kies altogether, one of the worst pieces of software I've ever encountered, only seems to work when it feels like it and that's rare!
 
What are you trying to use Kies for (I've never found a need for it)? If it is just to move files around or manage the phone I'd recommend using SnapPea.
