I need Help!!!

I recently have dropped smashed my Samsung galaxy 3 which has destroyed the LCD and the digitizer. The phone is still fully functional receiving calls and message, with that in mind I want to get photos off its internal storage is there a way I can do anything externally with my computer(without going through and paying for repairs), ie any software? To access my phones data.

Hello Dellasapien. Sorry to hear about your phone. You might try accessing the phone via the usb charge / data cable. If the phone was left in an non charge mode you should be able to see your files from your pc file manager. I hope this is the case.
