Help I NEED HELP!!!

I don't know what is happening to my lg g2 here is the issues. I can't not use my keyboard, I can't use the setting for example i want to go to backup and reset and i touch on it but it did't enter for me to use the option and other option too, games chatting i can't use it and i want to reset my phone but i can't because i can't use the option but i'm still can toggle some option on (wi-fi,airplane mode,data connection) Please help i can't do anything on my phone right now!!!

Before you use below instructions,Hard reset with the hard buttons,

1. Ensure the device is powered off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button.
3. When the LG logo is displayed release the Power button only then immediately press and hold thePower button again.
4. Release both buttons when the Factory data reset screen displays.
5. From the Factory data reset screen, select Yes.
   
   
   Utilize the Volume Up/Down buttons to highlight and the Power button to select.
6. Select Yes to start.

Be sure to remove your sim card before flashing back to stock as it will wipe the sim cardtoo.Then after your done flashing you can put it back in.

Internal will be lost.External sd card,Take it out.But the G2 has not ex. sd card slot.

Yes,If you can't access it,.But can you plug phone in to your pc and copy your photos?

Well then try to return to stock,Follow all instructions word for word and be sure you use the right variant.
