I need my WiFi back quickly

My zte tells me this No internet access detected, won' t automatically reconnect." You have uses all of the 5 speed data on your TMobile plan

Sounds very much like you've hit your data plan usage limit, and so T-Mobile has cut Internet access. To reconnect, think you'll need to pay $$$ to them for some more GBs.
 
I'd think if you hit the limit on your plan you'd still have a connection but the speed would be throttled until your next billing period (or until you paid for additional data if that is an option under that plan).
Either way you would still be able to use WiFi for data, that has nothing to do with the limits of your cellular plan. If you can't connect to the internet on WiFi then there is something else going on. Or are you saying "WiFi" when you really mean cellular?
