Is the phone rooted or is it not? Why do you think it might be? Have you tried to check? Why do you think you have a problem? This is the most important question, why is it that you think there is a problem? You've not provided any information to explain that.

I don't know what you think we can tell you from a bunch of screenshots of apps on your phone. Most of those I recognise as completely standard things. Nobody will ever recognise every app on someone else's phone, so I don't think there's anything else I can say.

Being rooted doesn't itself mean that someone else can connect to the phone. It does mean that if you installed malware on it(*) then it's easier for that malware to gain privileged access.

(*) "If you installed malware on it" because malware can't install itself, it requires the user to install it. Sometimes this happens because the malware is hidden inside another app, but that is much more rare than people think, so as long as you are moderately sensible about what apps you install this is very unlikely.

"The phone says enforcing": what does it say it is enforcing? You need to give the full information, not skip bits. Though my guess is "SE enforcing", i.e. "security enhancement enforcing", which is a good sign rather than a bad one.

No updates is not a surprise and not suspicious: this is a low-end phone from 2017, so it would be remarkable if Samsung were still issuing updates for it 6 years later. And it's already on Android 9, which is the last Android version that was released for that phone. So I would not expect there to be any updates.

Hadron basically answered your questions.
Hey if you're that paranoid you can always flash a stock rom for your device.
I'm feeling seriously paranoid about this phone...can phone do like when u do format so can ne malwqmare stay in phone? What u saa? I have serious feeling someone connect time 2 time so he could see phone and whats virtualkeyboard

If all you have is a "feeling" then you probably are just being paranoid.

You can do a "factory reset". That will erase all user-installed apps and all of your data from the phone (make sure you have backups of anything important first). So if there is a malicious app installed that will remove it provided the app has not been installed to the /system partition. A factory reset does not alter the system in any way (e.g. it does not undo system updates), and so if someone managed to install malware to the system it will survive a factory reset. However you need administrator access to install an app to the system, so unless the phone is rooted that's not possible. And a phone like this cannot be rooted remotely: you need physical access to the phone and a computer to do that, if it's even possible at all (not all Samsungs can be rooted). Therefore it's not terribly likely that this has happened.

Be aware that if you do decided to do a factory reset out of excessive caution you need to know your Google login username and password (I find it amazing, but some people don't remember or keep a record of their passwords, some don't even know the username). An anti-theft system called "factory reset protection" will require that you enter your Google login credentials after a factory reset before you can use the phone again, so if you don't know those do not reset the phone as you won't be able to use it again if you do (you can remove your account before resetting, which will avoid factory reset protection, but if you don't know how to log into it again you won't be able to restore your current apps, contacts etc, so either way you need to know your Google account information).

And of course if you restore apps afterwards be careful you don't restore the malware in the process (if there is any malware in the first place, which you've not provided any evidence of).

As Danny has said, if you reflash the system software that will overwrite the system, which means that even if you had malware installed to the system it would be removed (and if the phone had been rooted it would no longer be). That won't remove any malware that's installed as ordinary user apps unless the phone is reset as part of the process, so to be completely certain you need both.

But if you do genuinely have a problem you need to make sure that your accounts, especially your Google account, are secure first. If someone has hacked your account there's no point wiping the phone clean, and it's easier to hack an account than a phone (particularly if people use passwords that are simple enough to remember and don't use 2-factor authentication).

It's not that people thought you weren't truthful, just that you hadn't posted anything that suggested that you had a problem. And we do get many people who convince themselves that they have a problem for no reason at all.

There is one obvious question: if you bought the phone cheap, second-hand, from people who "are known" to plant spyware, then why on Earth did you buy it?

Anyway if you think something has been planted in the system there is only one way to be sure: note down the exact model of your phone (Settings > About > model name, not just "Galaxy whatever"), then go to Sammobile.com and download the official firmware for that model. There will be instructions there for flashing it (you'll need a computer). That will overwrite everything in the system, whereas a factory reset will do nothing at all to system apps. Then change all of your account passwords and enable 2 factor authentication on them all, because if you have used a compromised phone to connect to them it's possible someone also has your login details. And be careful not to reinstall any dodgy apps after all of this.
