to do but it requires TWRP Recovery v2.8.2.0 and i have 2.6.1.0 and i downloaded update i tried install trough to odin but it fails and then tried install it in twrp but it fails. and mine tablet is Samsung galaxy tab 3 10.1 LTE, GT-p5220. so i need help thx

I have read over the procedure in the link you posted and the link to the original procedure in the XDA link. I don't think this is for your tablet model. It list tab model 7500 and 7510.
