Hello I've spend countless hours trying figure out one thing desperately.
So, is it possible to unlock my LE eco le s3 x626 bootloader?
And what if my bootloader is already unlocked? How can I check that out?

Google shows a few results which implies it can be unlocked, but there's nothing concrete on how to do it, nor is there anything on the TWRP download page which shows a recovery for the x626.

I'd be highly doubtful that it shipped with an unlocked bootloader.

I actually searched for custom ROM but in order to install them I should really unlock bootloader

Well I can Access fastboot mode by pressing power and volume down key simultaneously, when restarting phone of course

Normally, it will tell you somewhere on the fastboot screen if the bootloader is unlocked.

Unless le eco do things differently. I'd guess and say that if you haven't unlocked the device, it won't be unlocked.
