I purchased an r-box made by m-tek and need help

I purchased an r-box recently, it is made by M-Tek and it has a problem with starting up, when I try and turn it on it displays the M-Tech logo and then the R-Box logo and then shuts down.
There are no websites I can find and the manual has no information, help!
