I remove package installer and i can't download outside apk

Title says it all, when i rooted the phone i trusted a website with a list that are safe to remove but i never knew what package installer is until now. anyway, i do not have my phone rooted anymore since i used an app called KingRoot which i later uninstall because i didnt needed but now i needed again to get an app from the play store that requires root.

please help im at a lost, sorry if english is bad.

Try needrom.com and search for the whatever it is phone you've got there. That site has ROMs, tools and instructions for many different phones.

Think you have to register to download. And you'll probably be flashing it with Odin.

You'll need the exact model number to find the right software, rather than just the name. But you can find software for most Samsung devices there.
