i factory reset my phone without an sd card, when i rebooted media and internet browser were nowhere , so i cant play any music, neither can i access the internet. pls assist on the way to go, thanks
Do you have the Market / Google Play installed on your device? You can re download a music player and internet browser from there. I recommend PowerAmp for a media player and Boat Mini Browser for the internet browser.
Now your phone looks like a fresh phone and all the settings are in default status. You have to again configure your internet settings, again download user apps. Only available pre-installed apps.
In simple word. Factory reset = format a computer hard disk.
