i rooted it though...???

Can you tell us what exactly you did to root it? There are many different approaches, and also mistakes that can be made, so knowing what you did could be important.
Rooting by itself should not cause loss of service (though official updates not working is quite possible).

No service, could be that whatever the rooting did may have damaged the baseband firmware. It's probably not showing a valid IMEI. Think you'll need to reflash the phone with the original LG Stylo firmware.
Do you know where i can get the firmware?
Try needrom.com as that site has ROMs and instructions for many different devices, other than that I don't know anything about reflashing LG phones.
