Yeah man......like my wrist and thumb kinda hurts when I move it. I'm still able to move it but its a little sore. Been like this for like 3 days. The longer I don't move it the more sore it gets. Any home remedies? I need a fast remedy. Had problems in the gym yesterday with 225 on the bench!

Ouch! Well, I am not sure of any remedies except to move it around. Maybe put an ointment on it to soothe the muscle?

If in doubt, see a physician. If you don't have one at home, then there are no home remedies. It should go without saying that lifting a lot of weight was not a god idea at all. What were you thinking? Seriously, dude! Common sense!

Yeah your right but I had to see if I was able to do it. Flat bench was my only issue. Other then that I was fine. Going to try the icy hot and skip the gym today.

To each their own.

Personally I've found that my hands with their opposable thumbs and other neat tricks are so useful to me that I'm quite hesitant to burn through either one too quickly. I don't know why I'm so attached to my hands, but I am. :)

I have found that when I have sore muscles, the more I use them, the better they feel. If that's the only problem, I'd suggest moderate exercise to work through the soreness. If the problem is more complicated, such as going to sleep or digits ticking instead of moving freely... an appointment for some expert help would be the ticket.

Soaked my hand/wrist in warm water last night and didn't go to the gym yesterday. Hand felt a little better. Took it light at the gym today on arms and after today's session it feels slightly better then before my workout. I'm assuming the use of hand helped out a little. I'll continue to soak it in warm water and take it semi light tomorrow.
