Can you explain exactly what your problem is? "Nothing works" isn't helpful, because taken literally that would mean the phone is completely unresponsive, but the bit about "third party user in some way" suggests that's not the case. So exactly what isn't working? A clearer description of the problem will give someone a chance of suggesting a solution.
