I think I am going to make the jump to the SIII or the Note 2.

I was waiting for the RAZR MAXX HD but it isn't a big enough jump to change it for my maxx. So, I will try to get the SIII for now and wait to use my upgrade for the Note 2. I have been with Moto forever and think it is time to test other platforms.

If you are considering the sg ii and note; you might also consider the new htc 5inch device. This device is rumored to have the s4 pro which is quite a bit of a bump over the sg3 in performance.

btw the sg3 is said to have issues in weak 3g areas; not relevant if your area has decent 3g but worth noting.

The SGIII would just be a temporary device until I get The Note 2. I heard a little about the HTC device. And of course I would consider that as well.
