Help I think i have some malware. Any advice?

I have a GS5 and i was downloading apps from Taploot and was kinda just being all willy nilly and i downloaded an app not on the Playstore. In the process of downloading that app called File Manager Apk, I gave it administrative access and now i cant remove the app. IDK what its doing, im tempted to turn my phone off. It wont let me remove access, it wont let me delete the app, it comes up in my file viewer but nothing definitive that deletes it. Im really trying to avoid master resetting my phone cause i have a different launcher running and i really dont want to have to set that up again but if thats my best option i will. I need to get this file off. Ive emailed Taploot but i want to explore all my options, so if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

I would install an app called Malwarebytes from playstore and run it. See what it says and post back here.
 
Didnt even think about that. I ran it and it identified it as malware. Tried to uninstall it but ran into the same problem. It seems to have Admin Access and i have to change that to uninstall it but im pretty sure the app is blocking my ability to change permission because it just backs out every time i try to change it, or brings up the S Voice.
