I THINK I SCREWED MY SAMSUNG PHONE

Hello all, this is my first forum post! I'm really scared.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Avant on T-Mobile. I tried rooting it by connecting it to my PC with Kingo Root, and I backed up all my data to be safe. Now it's rooting, and it's stuck at 40%. My PC says "Waiting for device...", when my phone has the following bios screen:

Beside it, it has the picture of the android robot, and a text under it saying: "Downloading...", with a text below it saying "Do not turn off target !!"

It's been like this for 10 minutes and I'M HARDCORE PANICKING! HELP ME! PLEASE!!

I'm hoping if Kingo asked to flash a custom recovery you said no.Looking at your output Knox isn't tripped so i would say you're safe. Just pull the battery, reinsert and reboot. Or hold power until it's off and than power back on.

You have a pc, use odin. Use that to install TWRP, then get the readily available SuperSU update zip and flash it using TWRP. You're making a lot of work for yourself using a shady Chinese rooting method.
