In theory you might be able to download the installer, but there would be no point as it is not possible to run it. ITunes will not run on any Android based device (or iOS for that matter). ITunes is available for Windows and Mac only.
My guess is that the "download" button you are pressing is checking to see if you have Windows or MacOS. Since it is finding neither it is doing nothing.
