I want my Android only ring 10 seconds

I am doing this for my mum, she is not familiar with the smart phone operation.
She afraid dont know how to turn off the sound sometimes, I just want to make the ring call tone only ring 10 seconds.

Is it any solution to do this?

Usually the phone by default will ring a certain amount of times, before it will go to voicemail automatically. If you dial your voicemail, enter it's settings and change the number of rings. I would think 4 rings would be approximately 10 seconds.
