If it came pre-installed the only way will be by "rooting" the phone. The procedures for doing this vary between devices, so if you are interested in that the best bet would be to visit your own device's forum in androidforums and learn more about it there.
If you are on Android 4 or later you should be able to "disable" it using the applications menu (apps -> all, select Chrome, and there should be a disable button). If you do that it should no longer appear in your app drawer and of course will not run. Since the system apps live in a different space from user ones you won't gain space by uninstalling it, so disabling it should be as good for most people.
