my 4g data is block in my samsung galaxy y , i want to know how i cant get actcess too it
 
Hi and Welcome

As far as i am aware the galaxy y does not have the radio needed to get 4g reception so it will never work :( Its Not blocked. If you Google the specs for your exact model you will be able to confirm this or not. .
